Costa Coffee – the luxury of consistency – or so I would hope. But jokes aside, this is one of the best Costa’s reasonably local to me. For me it is made by the team working here, the location and ample power sockets if you know where to find them.
As I’ve already said the team here are great, you might remember the days back in the late 2016 when they first opened. Those who may remember when it was a little more chaoitic – but now it’s closer in resemblance to a well oiled machine. This purely down to the great team here – although as it’s my local I might be biased. Theres always an opportunity to have a quick chat as they prepare your steaming beverage. Although, I might be a bit of a frequent flyer as they now seem to remember my order of “Large Vanilla Latte to have in but in a takeaway cup” – so thank you Team.
Power sockets are dotted around but you need to keep your eyes peeled to find them as you do have to in many Costas. Typically look for the crowd of millennials with their laptops and you’ll find one.
If you’re a biker then you can certainly come here – and typically squeeze into a space too small for the 4x4s of today. Although, do note that while the parking is free – you can only stay for 3 hours at any one time. A bit of a pain if like me you could spend an entire day in a coffee shop. I may have been stung once or twice by this when I’ve gone down the rabbit hole.
